How we protect your data
Encrypted in Transit
All data between your browser and our servers is encrypted over TLS. No plain-text connections are accepted at any endpoint.
Session-Only File Handling
Files uploaded to Lease Management or DailyDash are processed in-memory and purged at session end. We do not retain operator-provided data unless you explicitly opt into persistence.
Least-Privilege by Default
Email integrations request read-only OAuth scopes. No write access, no forwarding, no credential storage. You can revoke at any time from your email provider.
Tenant Data Separation
Each operator's data is logically isolated. Cross-tenant queries are architecturally impossible — not merely access-controlled.
What we collect — and what we don't
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioral tracking scripts. No cookies are set for advertising or profiling purposes.
Operator-provided data, well log files, email content, and usage patterns are never sold or shared with third parties.
Your operational data is never used to train or fine-tune models that serve other customers. What you upload stays yours.
We log session-level events (errors, API calls) for system health monitoring only. Logs are retained for 30 days and automatically purged.
Request deletion of any stored data at any time by emailing info@texasoil.ai. Deletion is processed within 48 hours.
